阐述啦啦操由来 ,啦啦操成套动作的结构 ,以及编排啦啦操的原则 :①健身和激情性 ;②独特性 ;③实践性 ;④音乐旋律与动作节奏的吻合性 ,为啦啦操的推广提供经验借鉴。
Abstract：This paper analyzes the history of LaLa Drilling,the structure of a complete movement and the principles of setting which are shown as follows:a)ardour\ b)unique\ c)practice\ d)coincidence between music melody and action rhythm.
